IQ Treat Ball

3 Barks

Sprocket Says: I got to play with an IQ treat ball a few months ago because it came in one of my Bark Boxes. It was fun! I liked trying to get the treat. The ball was crunchy, too. My mom took it away from me within a day. I don't know why, because I made a bigger hole in it that made it much easier to get the treats.

My human says: This toy would be great for dogs that aren't power chewers. It's challenging, and the dog does need to work to get a treat. The hard, brittle plastic simply doesn't hold up well to dogs that enjoy crunching away on anything they can get in their mouths. It's noisy on hard flooring surfaces, and doesn't have any "give" if dropped.

Banishing Cabin Fever: First Spring Walk

My humom (human mom) took me for a walk in our neighborhood yesterday. I could barely hold back! There were so many new and exciting smells everywhere. Every time I pulled on my leash, we had to stop and I had to sit. Even my Lickety Stik didn't calm me down like normal. It took a long time to go around the block, but it was wonderful.

For the first 5 or 6 houses, I stopped at every mailbox. I chased dried leaves. I stopped short and sniffed the air. When my humom kicked rocks forward, I jumped at them. We only saw one other dog, and it was in a garage. I wanted to go say hi, but my humom made me sit and stay. There were a lot of dogs inside houses that barked. It made me stop in my tracks every time.

I hope we go for another walk very soon!

Pet Projekt Dog Egg

March's Bark Box included PetProjekt's Dog Egg. This is now my favorite toy! I've almost killed the squeaker, but it's still a ton of fun. When my human throws it, it bounces in funny ways I don't expect. It's the perfect size for me to carry around. I love to play keep away with it. My humans even threw it outside in the backyard for me yesterday!
